My appointment for a dental cleaning started approximately 1.5 hours after it was scheduled, and that was even though I told them I needed to be out by a certain time. They assured me it wouldn’t take long… The assistant (who did not speak a word of English) didn’t get the x-ray completely right, so we had to re-do a part of it for the dentist.
