Highly overpriced. They finance you with a company where you will end up paying over twice the price that the system is sold for. You call both financing company and them and they will have you bouncing back and forth saying that they don’t deal with the issue. Unsatisfied customer. If I would’ve known this from the very beginning when the sales person took over 2 hours, then we would’ve never agreed.

Way overpriced and feel robbed. They call all the time for filters. Even though they know that my system stopped working I also got oversold by them on what I actually needed for my household. They also will rush everything and not explain things and just expect you to know everything. For maintenance wise and everything else. THEY WILL ALSO NOT HONOR THIER WARRANTY AGREEMENT.
