I love my Apollotek, Equinox Water System! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made after the purchase of my home. I honestly wish I would done it sooner. Lucio, my sales representative has been wonderful throughout the whole process even after the purchase and installation. He’s continued to keep in touch and check in as well as Ivana at Apollotek. I wanted to share my experience with Apollotek and their amazing service. I was approached by their Sales rep Mario not too long after I moved into our new home we purchased. The home had already an existing water softener system but I had no clue or knowledge on these system. Mario helped me out to show me the current system had not been functioning for quite some time as the previous home owner did not take care of it. Initially the service was great. The sales rep, Linda was amazing and the guy that installed the system. However, I received multiple calls for filter replacement, even after I already purchased a filters, they continue to call. They came out to service the tank and replaced the filters and I have had difficulty ever since. The machine is making noise and the water does not appear to be drinkable. Thanks to POLARIS, I’ve forgotten what dry skin feels like. It’s a breeze to clean—takes just seconds. Now I take a shower every single day. And as for the price—it’s simply pure comfort. 😍🤩
After having the whole home filtration system installed I have noticed a complete difference. The water that we wash with is soft and my skin feels great! After drinking only bottled water I thought that it was healthier than drinking tap. Now that I have the filtered water in my kitchen I can taste the pure fresh water. Now when I drink bottled water I can taste the plastic. I am completely satisfied either way their system and would highly recommend getting one
