We had our water softener and filtration system installed at the end of October. It worked for November. At the beginning of December, it clogged and flooded my garage. Destroyed boxes with my children's memorabilia in it. We tried calling after hours, when off from work, and were unable to even leave a message. Finally got ahold of someone during the day who told us they could repair it, but we would have to pay labor. Totalmente decepcionada de este producto, la compañía ha tenido que cambiar mi equipo en 3 ocasiones y ya volvió a surgir el problema nuevamente, ya suman 4 las veces que mi agua sale color tierra, estamos súper preocupados porque nuestra salud y dinero está en riesgo. Esta última ves me dicen que debo esperar varios dias para que la junta directiva tome parte en el asunto 🤦🏻♀️
If I could give less stars, I would. Don't come to this company for your water softener, you might as well just drain it down the toilet. Customer service is horrible. Financing is a scam. The unit only works for the first year. After that you need to pay more money for maintenance. Take my word, don't buy from this company. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Purchased a water system a year ago and It works great! I highly recommend this company to other people trying to purchase a water system out there.
