Completely ignored for 15 minutes!!! I went in the store to buy some shock treatment for our hot tub. The clerk was talking to a couple at the cash register about pool chemicals. So I walked around and waited patiently until they were done. But the clerk completely ignored me for a full 15 minutes. No smile, no greeting, no 'Hi, I will be with you in a few minutes.' Nothing! I left after 15 minutes. I will never shop there ever again!!!
terrible service – I drove from Rhododendron to Apollo Pools & Billiards today in a dirty, old, crummy car with my husband and 2 teenage boys. I am in the market for a pool table to be delivered and set up at my home on the Oregon Coast. When we entered the store there were 3 or 4 employees standing around a counter talking. Not one of them greeted us or asked if they could be of assistance. We headed upstairs to see what the store had to offer. Selection was great! – We were very pleased the second we walked in the store. For us, our purchase was all about selection and service and they came through on both. Their price was just a trival amount (<$20) more than the best price we found elsewhere and on a very large purchase, the service and selection where worth it. We have been back for more accessories and have been just as pleased.
