Guys are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Good mix of exercises for a focused workout.
Meghan is such a fantastic physiotherapist. I've seen a lot of professionals over the years, and Meghan is the first one to adapt to my needs by offering weekly 30 min exercise routines instead of regular homework. For the first time I feel the impact of physio. And I can tell that Meghan really knows her stuff. Plus, they have the sweetest little pup, who really helps make it fun to go!

I’ve been seeing Jacob for physiotherapy after dislocating my shoulder three months ago, and he has been a huge part of my gradual recovery. He provides excellent guidance with my rehab exercises and does great hands-on work to improve my range of motion during our sessions. After having back surgery for a herniated disc, Jacob has completely transformed my ability to move again.
