I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I got a pedicure that I wasn’t happy with and came back hoping it could be fixed. They had the same person redo it—even though that was the part I was unhappy with—and told me I’d have to pay again if I wanted someone else. It felt awkward and uncomfortable, and while the technician was kind, the result still wasn’t great. I appreciate businesses trying to fix things, but this didn’t feel like good customer service. Always busy but never have to wait too long. Making an appointment is best but walk-ins are an option. I love this salon for their fast friendly service options.
i love going to vicky when i go to apollo, she is so nice every single time and so gentle!! my toes always come out so good
Friendly staff, easy to get help
This is the second time I come to this salon and I wish I would of liked it because it is a beautiful salon and it’s so close to home. I was not satisfied with my toes (done by a male emplee) either time. I asked for a French tip and he did not put a light pinch base nor did the tip look even. Tracy who did my fresh set had to go in and fix my toes. Tracy’s job was decent, listen to my length preference and the nails look alright to the naked eye.
