This was the best holiday. We loved every minute in our van. It was everything we needed and so cozy.
We rented a van that needed mechanical repairs and for a leaking window that meant bedding space wasn't usable amongst other small issues. Their customer service teams are very nice, but they continually have to tell you they'll refer this to someone higher up and get back to you. We spent 4/6 days without a van that was suitable as a vehicle or accommodation and despite getting some financial remuneration, we felt poorly treated and insufficiently remunerated.
