STAY AWAY from Apollo Home! Our Ac stopped working on the 28th, Apollo sent out a tech who told us our compressor and fan motor was shot. Must have been not only a tech but also psychic because he was able to figure out what all was broken without even taking the unit apart or anything. We were told it would be between $3500-$6000 DOLLARS to repair depending on if our unit was under mfg warranty for parts still or not. Apollo did a great job as usual.
There is a problem in the office of Apollo Home. I call and schedule an Electrician to come to my home and bend 3 lengths of 1/14" EMT Conduit, with on 90 degree each. I took off a half a day and waited between their window of 2 to 5 pm. I got a call about 4 pm to tell me that the electrician was on his way. About 15 minutes later, He confirmed my zip code since there are two for ***** ****** ****** ** *** ** *****. Then he told me that there were not licensed for that zip code. Did a great job. Explained everything he was going to do and the cost. Cleaned up the mess and took kitchen sink with him to dispose of it. Very very satisfied . Would highly recommend Apollo. Second time I’ve used them and I will call them again for everything I need.
