I called & specifically told agent on the phone for personal use to have my 4 tote bags personally embroidered, salesman told me they can do it for $16 a piece. I drove all the way to Apollo Embroidery on Artesia Blvd only to be turned away as the lady there advised me they do not do personal embroidery. So, either the lady was right or the salesman was right, either way this company's employees need to get their policies straightened out. Complete waste to time and gas.
Apollo has delivered very time for us. Very flexible and the quality of embroidery is outstanding.
