My sewer pipe backed up and flooded my laundry room called Apollo since they are local. Then Calvin showed up, on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, he was knowledgable and professional. He fixed our problem!!! We were very impressed. Thank you Apollo, for making what appeared to be a nightmare and a smelly one a experience that was not so bad at all. Calvin was very pleasant and had a smile even after hours! Thank you Calvin:)
I waited 4hrs. for Apollo to show up so I call them only to be told they are behind doing emergency calls on broken pipes(57 degrees outside today, sure!). Nobody can do a courtesy call so I don't waste my time, I wish I could charge you!

I apologize that we were not able to get to you today. And we regret that we did not do a better job of communicating our scheduling issues with you. I also wish that we had done a better job of conveying our protocol to you when we scheduled your service request. We always call when we're on our way --- so there's no reason for you to be tethered to your home. Again, we really apologize that we did not do a better job.
