The process with Apollo is a bit insane. I stepped in to help my mother navigate it. After the assessment, Apollo issues a prescription but doesn’t send it directly to the patient. Instead, they send it to a licensed producer, who then emails the patient a PDF copy. It seems this setup is meant to ensure you order through one of Apollo’s partner producers. Been off work for a month now because I can't get a doctor's note from them or receipt I was told it takes one or two days a few times and yes sir I was promised I would get it by the end of the day and still nothing
