Vlad was a very pleasant person to deal with. He was patient with my odd questions and explained thoroughly what mite be needed in the near future to take care of the wheel in the furnace by removing it and cleaning it! I chose not to do it at this time . Thank you for sending him to me. I had my heating system checked.

This company is disorganized. I'm frustrated because their disorganization is the gift that keeps on giving. We had 4 units installed 8 months ago. My neighbors asked me why they had to come back a half a dozen times. They made a lot of mistakes. They cut a hole in a shear wall. It took them 6 months to repair it. They failed to update piping diameters and had to come back. They put an extra vent pipe in at my request and added the wrong shape in the wrong place, that had to be moved. Had an amazing experience with Apollo! Devon, the technician was phenomenal in finding solutions to a very tricky drainage, problem that we have had for years. So impressed with his ability to problem solve. Well, absolutely have him out again. Loved working with everyone from this company!
