Mike is an absolute legend, serving the Westside for years with honesty and integrity. A straight shooter with fair prices and quality in a timely manner.
This guy came to fix the problem with our air conditioner and he replaced one part (which cost $20-30) . He changed us $545 for 20 minutes job. He never agreed with us the price just came back and said $545 and completed mostly people paid more than his price….
Edited: Changing my previous 1 star review to a 4. After an initially very poor experience with both repair service and then an attempt at a new AC, with missteps too long to get into, they offered to make it right and they did.
Evan at Apollo is totally amazing. He and his crew replaced all of the pipes under the house in record time. They were professional, courteous and competent. We can’t say enough good about our experience with Evan and Apollo.
The repair technician twice mis-diagnosed the problem with my AC. He said he'd get running temporarily for a few hundred but it would require a long term fix that would be about 3K. Fine, we start with the short term fix. It starts blowing, he leaves, but it just blew warm air. He came back the next week for the long term fix of 3K. Oops, never mind now it's over 5K to fix it.
