This company is disorganized. I'm frustrated because their disorganization is the gift that keeps on giving. We had 4 units installed 8 months ago. My neighbors asked me why they had to come back a half a dozen times. They made a lot of mistakes. They cut a hole in a shear wall. It took them 6 months to repair it. They failed to update piping diameters and had to come back. They put an extra vent pipe in at my request and added the wrong shape in the wrong place, that had to be moved.
