What a wonderful meal! The chargrilled oysters with the bacon marmalade are a must-do--- they're different from others around time. We liked the tangy charred shishito peppers (the ginger aioli could use a bit more ginger but it was a terrific accompaniment to the charry peppers). The beef carpaccio was one of the best in town--- that dressing was tart and a great counterpoint to the peppery meat. This place is amazing! It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. I recommend the Smoked Pork Enchiladas... One of the best dishes I have ever had! And, The Deluxe Bloody Mary is no joke!
