We went to Appoline for our Anniversary last night, we waited almost 2 hours for our food. Our fish was raw in the middle and we couldn’t even eat it. We got an apology and an offer to re-cook the fish. We opted to decline the offer as we had already waited too long. We were handed our check for $62.00, we paid and left. The salad and appetizer should have been on the house after that experience. We will not go back.
The food and the hospitality are amazing at Apolline Restaurant. I can not give Chef Mike Shelton enough praise for the delicious brunch I experienced here. We happened to arrive here after our original destination didn’t work out. We were seated quickly and had the most amazing service. And then the food arrived. We just had to meet the chef. He came and talked with us and even took a seat for awhile to tell us his story. I could go on and on. Just come and eat; you will not be disappointed. — with Torri Amanda.
Terrific food, attentive service, fair prices. This was one of the best restaurants of our entire vacation.
The food just tasted bland to me especially the wedge salad & the fish ... but service was good and so was the bread. Maybe just not for me ....
