I cannot say enough about Jeff and his team. Apogee PT was recommended by Georgetown Med Center as the best PT to go to... and they are right. I had pain for about 9 months. Jeff was able to spot the problem and the cause of the problem on day 1. From there it was all the way to being pain free. I am keeping my exercises up and don't want to stop.
