Very small, but great price. Fridge and shower in room. They gave me a chair and table. Lived there fall 2025 - spring 2026. No problems.

The homes are beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Management is responsive and quick to address questions or concerns, making it a great place to live.

This place met my needs as far as last-minute affordable housing went, but the housing market in Seattle made it sooo hard to leave! I'm grateful for rent including all utilities and internet, and for the opportunity to live alone. Management was largely uninvolved but responsive when I needed them. That said, the units are tiny and the kitchen has no sitting area or communal space to spend time in.
