This place met my needs as far as last-minute affordable housing went, but the housing market in Seattle made it sooo hard to leave! I'm grateful for rent including all utilities and internet, and for the opportunity to live alone. Management was largely uninvolved but responsive when I needed them. If I am going to be charged to stay in the most unsightly shoebox, with no sort of ammenities the least you guys can do is not do fire alarm drills at 4:45am when the people who pay to stay here have jobs. Also, increasing the rent when you don’t even have wood floors or a decent fridge , or any place to store other types of food is crazy.
I've lived here for 5 months and so far it's and alright place. It's basically like living in the dorms but you have your own bathroom which is good. No kitchen but if you have an air fryer or even an electric stove I think you'll be fine. There is street parking available, but it does tend to be full after 8ish. Management does reply fast if there is any issues. But when I first moved here there was such a big bug/ant issue, and I reached out to them and I didn't get a reply. Only been here for a month but I noticed not enough reviews exists for it. Bottom line: decent place to be. All these Apodment/micro housing/mini studios/etc. are a good alternative if you can live with: - a smaller bathroom (the sink extends 10 inches off the wall) - everything feels cheap. They even give you a new very thin bathroom curtain - walls aren"t soundproof - you don't get a private kitchen (only a in unit fridge) - packages don't get delivered properly (especially Amazon/UPS, they just leave stickers and then ret... read more
