Management company will keep your security deposit if you apply and are not able to move in. They will not tell you and hide it the fine print. Staff was rude in communications after I was unable to lease with them. I do not recommend using this company!
The management company doesn’t run the apartments as they should. They will still charge you if they don’t want you to move in. After asking for refund they issued it and once the refund was returned to my account they filed a charge again and took it back. Luckily my bank stepped in and forced a refund for me. Do not try to rent from here. They will ignore you until you file reports or complaints.
They will take your money and run watch out. They are trained in scamming people.
I've been living at Venetia for the past 4+ years. Main draws for me are relatively affordable rent, great location (close to many restaurants and UW campus), and sufficient living amenities (reasonable sized fridge, microwave, bed, desk and a chair). The management is a plus, very responsive and accessible. The big downside of this building is no accessible gates for delivery. Many of your packages will need to be picked up in person.
