When I rented here the unit was good for the price. However, it is next to impossible to get in contact with the property manager.
Do not rent here. The rent you will pay is well above the going rate per foot. The place is maintained cheaply, if at all. Railings are disconnected from walls, blinds are cheap and break if you look at them wrong…and FEES FOR EVERYTHING! Hope the person before you didn’t leave the lights on…you will pay $5 to replace the bulb!
I loved my unit. But upon moving in it smelled of HEAVY CHEMICALS (drugs). I just held my breath everytime I passed by this area/walkway that smelled like Chemicals. When I first moved in, my unit smelled of chemicals too. I was so sad, that first night I cried myself to sleep (and promised myself i wouldnt be staying long). Upon living there for a week =there was no more chemical smell. I absolutely adored my unit itself. It has more privacy, extra windows, and a big sink. Management company will keep your security deposit if you apply and are not able to move in. They will not tell you and hide it the fine print. Staff was rude in communications after I was unable to lease with them. I do not recommend using this company!
