This place has been fairly good to me after 2 years. The management at Calhoun has been fair and I never went ignored. HOWEVER, I just got the email that management has been switched to Arboreal which has some of the worst reviews I have ever seen in my life. I am genuinely scared. Please consider this management switch if you are thinking about moving here. I think we are about to enter a very poor living situation.

PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING: First off, I have written plenty of Google reviews, so I'm a real person, not a bot. I moved in at the low entry rate last year. My new lease is estimated at $250 more! I won't be renewing. Theres at least two problematic buildings behind ours: Forst, there's a new student housing building that makes noise from midnight to 7am. The other building behind us (First Hill Apartments) makes a lot of loud noise blaring music in the parking lot. Loud crashes, breaks, and noises daily. It's typically late in the day after 10 pm.

Internet is throttled to 120-130 mbps and I would not consider the internet reliable enough to telework if realtime communication is important. Internet will just randomly go out for 5-20 minutes a few times a day (something to do with their network between you and the ISP). If you need a place to spend 10-12 hours of the day... good price and location. Make sure you can live in a tiny box though, not everyone can handle it. You get what you pay for. I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the significant annual rent increases . hwiee initial rent might seem affordable, the reality of living here has proven otherwise due to the steep annual hikes.
