Me and my friend recently tried to rent from Arborial Management and their two agents Ramona and Shawnessey. We had terrible experience renting with them. 1. The trash area is often messy and full of trash all over the grounds. The communal balcony is left open often, and the windows in the communal kitchen are often left open, leading to extreme cold throughout the building. This place has been fairly good to me after 2 years. The management at Calhoun has been fair and I never went ignored. HOWEVER, I just got the email that management has been switched to Arboreal which has some of the worst reviews I have ever seen in my life. I am genuinely scared. Please consider this management switch if you are thinking about moving here. I think we are about to enter a very poor living situation.

I moved in at the low entry rate last year. My new lease is estimated at $250 more! I won't be renewing. Theres at least two problematic buildings behind ours: Forst, there's a new student housing building that makes noise from midnight to 7am. The other building behind us (First Hill Apartments) makes a lot of loud noise blaring music in the parking lot. Loud crashes, breaks, and noises daily. It's typically late in the day after 10 pm.
