Lived here in 2016: price was 550 for single 500sf : huge windows - creates space. Walkable hood in daytime: inside the walls are thin. So loud music is not a thing. Do not leave any indents in the carpet or the move out inspection will try and keep the deposit. Even tho they don’t repair anything I hear. The inspector uses intimidation and does not liked to be rushed. What are they looking for. The building is over 20 years old almost.
