I paid $950/month for everything, utilities and internet included, to live in a pretty prime location. I did not have problems for the 5 months (September 2024-January 2025) I lived while staying here. And I got my full security deposit back upon move-out. Every since our building got a new management it has gone down hill 👎🏿 seems as if they have fallen into greed over caring about residents! Building is always trashy, they just move anyone in here ( people you probably wouldn't want to live around who don't clean up after themselves) doesn't feel as safe as it once did just a list of things that one has to deal with :( hoping maybe management will care agian about it's residents
