I booked this place from Italy before arriving in Seattle, and couldn't have found a better more affordable place to live in Ballard. I've stayed almost two years, waiting for my name on a wait list to show up, and when it did I actually considered not moving into Senior Housing, as I was so comfortable at Riano. The building manager is absolutely wonderful, a joy to see in the hallways and chat with, and on the rare occasions I've needed help he is there to help, competently and always with humor.
