Just moved son into studio. Entire move in process from signing lease to receiving keys through management was seamless. Excellent website and communication through process. Room was extremely clean and all appliances, cabinet doors, windows and screens were in perfect working condition. Great value/option for off campus housing.

Garbage was always overflowing and their security is a joke. Had 2 bikes stolen from inside the property. They had a camera pointed to where bike was but they told me it wasn’t even functioning. Manager hardly communicates and is rude. Find somewhere else to stay.
