Just moved son into studio. Entire move in process from signing lease to receiving keys through management was seamless. Excellent website and communication through process. Room was extremely clean and all appliances, cabinet doors, windows and screens were in perfect working condition. Great value/option for off campus housing.
Garbage was always overflowing and their security is a joke. Had 2 bikes stolen from inside the property. They had a camera pointed to where bike was but they told me it wasn’t even functioning. Manager hardly communicates and is rude. Find somewhere else to stay.
I had a great experience living here! I lived in one of the loft units on the top floor. I had a balcony, and a view. The floor was really quiet and respectful. The location is great, just off the Ave and walking distance to Roosevelt square. I would definitely recommend Palermo’s loft units.
I have enjoyed living at Palermo and appreciate the fast responses from management to questions. Few maintenance issues but especially impressed with maintenance here. Only one noise problem and that was addressed quickly. I took one star off for two reasons and sincerely hope they will be addressed. I did alert management to these very soon after I moved in. 1. I lived at the Palermo for 5 years. It’s the cheapest place to rent in Seattle and that is the main reason why I chose this place. Given that it is the cheapest place in Seattle AND that it is an “apodment” (smaller than a studio), one would expect the space to be small…quite small. If it’s just you and you’re looking to save up for your first home or a bigger place, I do recommend this place. I wouldn’t have stayed here for 5 years if this place was awful or unlivable.
