Jared has been an absolutely phenomenal landlord. From day one, he has been incredibly responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. He maintains his properties with a high level of care and always ensures communication is top-notch. It’s hard to find this level of professionalism and integrity in the rental market today. 5 stars all the way for a landlord who truly goes above and beyond for his tenants!
Lago is located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the link light rail which is a big plus, and Manager Marc is a great manager, always keeps you updated on things that are going on and is very helpful when having any questions.
One of the reasons I moved in was the high number of mentions of Marc as a great manager at Lago. And he has earned them. Marc has been really helpful with every request and always responds promptly, because he cares about the tenants and property.
Marc Schleh, our apartment manager, has been wonderful! He’s a dependable person who always comes through. I can reach out to him anytime, and he’ll get back to me. He’s also been a big help to many residents, assisting them with moving in and out and carrying their belongings. We are going to miss him as he moves on to a brighter future.
