Lago is located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the link light rail which is a big plus, and Manager Marc is a great manager, always keeps you updated on things that are going on and is very helpful when having any questions.
One of the reasons I moved in was the high number of mentions of Marc as a great manager at Lago. And he has earned them. Marc has been really helpful with every request and always responds promptly, because he cares about the tenants and property.
Marc Schleh, our apartment manager, has been wonderful! He’s a dependable person who always comes through. I can reach out to him anytime, and he’ll get back to me. He’s also been a big help to many residents, assisting them with moving in and out and carrying their belongings. We are going to miss him as he moves on to a brighter future.
Good location, close to Link. Marc (building manager) has been one of the most capable and dedicated people here. He was quick to respond, easy to reach, and handled a wide range of issues with skill and competence. He understood how things worked, kept everything running smoothly, and consistently went above what most tenants would expect while he was here. I’m grateful for all he did and wish him every success moving forward.
