I really enjoyed my time living at Lago. The manager and the management team was always professional and quick to respond whenever I had a request. I always felt safe. The location is also a big plus. Close to public transportation, schools, grocery stores. It is a comfortable and reliable place to live.
Lago was my first home in Seattle, and I can confidently say it will continue to stand out as one of the very best. It’s situated very conveniently, right near stores, transport, and parks. The apartments themselves are clean, quiet, and functional; Internet and utilities are included in the rent, which was a very reasonable rate. I had a wonderful time living in Lago. The location was centralized in Seattle, making accessing the train station, bus stops, grocery stores, and various attractions convenient. It was also just 1-2 miles from Green Lake and Greenwood, which was perfect for walking. There were multiple parking options available, which was a bonus. Living at Lago was an amazing way to start off fresh in a new city without breaking the bank. The 7th Floor, was my fortress in the sky. Not everyone is willing to walk up to that floor so in a way you’re hella safe! Honestly, I made that beautiful studio loft my greenhouse in the sky. There are many great things about Lago apodments at Northgate. Convenience, location and rates are the main factors why I stayed here at Lago. My stay at Lago, Northgate was very pleasant but it wouldn't been the same without the Manager on site that went above and beyond. His name is Marc.
