It’s generally a quiet and convenient place to live. Walking distance to most of Ballard. There was a period of time where a crazy woman would slam doors and scream all the time. After she was evicted she would come back and sleep in the hallway sometimes. I haven’t seen her since November 2022 though, so I genuinely hope she’s truly gone now. They need to change the locks again.
Current live here. Noises like construction day and night coming from E floor. You hear the spill like water or any other liquid falling between the wall. Don't rent here.
I lived there for 2 months and had to move out there was a lady that would slam the doors and harass everyone in the building. She would try to open my door all the time and me and my girlfriend felt very uncomfortable and scared. There has been blood over the doors multiple times and it’s very Concerning. Always a mess and stuff thrown out everywhere. Overall a terrible place to live and way to expensive for basically a closet. And the building always smelt terrible.
I actually lived there for a few months in a cheapest room avail (the one facing the other building). Management was nice, very helpful and understanding. They released my deposit with no charges since I kept the place clean and even returned my bicycle I remembered about a year later. I'm happy I found them when I just moved to the US trying to figure where I want to live. Other landlords were jerks. It's decent, clean, safe and quiet. I lived in this building when I first moved to Seattle and loved every day I was there!! Great place to live with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and public transportation. The Building is secure, very well maintained, clean, and quiet. It is very affordable and has everything I needed.
