I lived here for close to a year and I loved it! It was affordable, my resident manager, Jim was very responsive, and so was the property management. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. it's just such a delight to stay in a place where the owners and those who operate the buildings have a human touch :)
I have been living in this apartment for almost 2 years and I can say this was a great place when I was starting out my new job. It was affordable with all utilities included and the building manager Jim was responsive to my questions even at odd hours. This is a great location since its 11 min from my job by bike and also at the corner between capitol hill and international district.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!! The management Will stop responding to you after you pay the money. The only person who is going to respond to you is a bad rude manager of the building
