Firenze is conveniently located in an excellent area with easy access to public transportation. The units are comfortable and well-maintained, and the surrounding greenery provides plenty of shade and a pleasant atmosphere. There is a convenient parking lot directly across the street, as well as a market downstairs for quick and easy shopping. The management team is friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns.
The new management, Arboreal Management, has been extremely disappointing. Communication is very poor. Emails often go unanswered, and concerns are not handled in a timely or professional manner. Since the management change, responsiveness and tenant support have noticeably declined. Ongoing issues are not properly addressed, and there is little effort shown to resolve serious concerns that affect residents’ quality of life. Apartment doesn't receive mail, but says they do. I have the paperwork from the bank that could not be delivered
I lived here for close to a year and I loved it! It was affordable, my resident manager, Jim was very responsive, and so was the property management. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. it's just such a delight to stay in a place where the owners and those who operate the buildings have a human touch :)
