This place is advertised as 800 dollars but that’s a lie. They let you apply and once you have applied and paid the deposit they will tell you, “oh the apartment we had for you is not there anymore but we have this one for 970 dollars”. Then every year they increase your rent by 75-85 dollars. Next thing you know just living there 2 years and you are paying 1200 dollars for a studio. But the big sign outside still says 800 dollars. They lie.
Cortena Apodmemts in Capitol Hill in Seattle is an amazing place to live. You can walk within a few blocks to the light rail station. The grocery store QFC is only a few blocks away as well as many neighborhood shops and restaurants make this location superb.
