My worst experience at a medical office. I had been waiting for 4 months to get an appointment. They had noted my telephone number and email address incorrectly. Finally, I did get an appointment, but was late as Carroll Canyon Road was closed and they wanted me to reschedule. I am going to a different provider. I would recommend the same thing to anyone considering this clinic

I’m leaving this review based on my experience as a potential patient trying to coordinate a TMJ referral. My referral was sent to this office on July 22. When I called August 3, I was told it had not been received, so I contacted my provider and had it resent. When Megan called me back, she said they still had not received it and that their benefits office could not see a TRICARE authorization. Based on my 2 visits with Dr. Bennet, he seems great. The staff not so much. I got 0 support from their office in getting the documents and my insurance. After 8 months, with my symptoms worsening, it made it impossible for me to proceed with this clinic. I have to restart the process with a new provider. Very disappointment

I never write reviews!!! When I saw the 1 star ratings I had to write. Dr. Bennett was great and the staff was completely attentive to my needs. I sleep much, much better and I don't wake myself up from choking. The same people that have problems with this office probably have problems at the airport, post office, grocery store, etc.... Thank you for your 5 star care!
