Ich war in Tiengen für einen Vertragswechsel zur Telekom. Hat super funktioniert und der Mitarbeiter hat sich gut ausgekannt und mich beraten. Mein neues Smartphone war auch direkt vorrätig obwohl es eines der neuesten Modelle ist.
Ich war mehrfach in Titisee Neustadt im Shop. Eine Vertragsumstellung hat den Laden völlig überfordert! Mir wurde ein Rückruf seit Ostern versprochen. Ich habe mehrfach telefonisch um Rückruf gebeten! Am besten einen riesen Bogen um den Shop machen! Service gleich null!
Ich schließe mich dem Kollege an, schlechte Betreuung und Service von Telekom. Hauptsache sie haben ihre Provision alles andere ist egal. Ich habe vor 6 Wochen als Neukunde einen neuen Vertrag im Shop mit Top Handy bestellt, leider stimmt die Kommunikation nicht, so dass man nie zurückgerufen oder einem Bescheid gegeben wird. ich weiss es immer noch nicht wann mein Handy kommt.
