APM!!! THIEVES!! My husband and I rented a house from them, knowing nothing about the area they helped us find a really nice house🙂 the house was really nice by appearance we signed a lease, moved in February 1 2019. By far the worst people and place I've ever rented. Moved in the kitchen sink was clogged took four days and the Marylander to come out in me before they sent someone to fix it. House actually not clean at all broken glass in the garage, broken blinds(everyone of them). The sewage backs up into the tub.... read more

I have rented a property from them for more years than I should have and have many instances of slow responses and or no response at all. There are still many issues that I have with this property. One that explains most of my problem with this company is that during a termite inspection, the inspector informed Us that the insulation under the house had fallen AND there was a snake issue. Upon informing APM they stated they would fix the insulation BUT "WE" had to get rid of the snakes first. REALLY??? The only shining momen... read more
