Just moved into one of their units and Monica was helpful, on time, and friendly. Looking forward to living here! So far neighbors seem friendly!
I applied for one of the apartments they had listed. The one downside of the apartment I noticed was that there was no way to charge my car from the house. So before I applied I asked the neighbors if there was any way I could hook up my charger to one of their outlets and pay them directly for any electricity used. The neighbors were super nice and said that was fine, they even talked to me for a long time about how I could best set up my charging and just getting to know me in general. They are so rude and don't know how to behave with customers. Monica is highly unprofessional and mean even on a phone call.
The property manager Monica is very arrogant and self centered. Also the main property manager is rude, condescending and intentionally hurts other religious sentiments. I don’t know how they are still in business and not been sued PS: only saving grace is Kyle who is a wonderful chap!!
Terrible property Management! They have deducted rent twice and say easily to wait till next month to see if it deducts again for them to take action. On top it Monica is rude and disrespectful to tenants.
