This company took over as the property management of my rental house. In that time they have tried to force us to sign a contract that they didn't explain what it was or what it's legal bindings were. They constantly hounded us about our renewal for several months before we had to let them know, and are now saying that they are going to show our house during a pandemic. I have yet to receive an accounting for my deposit on a property I rented from them. My family an I even moved out of the property a month early to accommodate a student who was moving in that hadn't found summer housing. I've never rented a property where this wasn't explained or invoiced.
Tried to force my friend to sign a lease before viewing the condo. When he told them he wanted to view the place before signing or paying anything, they cut off contact have yet to get in touch with him. Rent in Oxford is no joke. Any company who suggests that the photos on their website are a proper substitute for an actual walk through of the condo is a joke.
