I’ve been a loyal customer of APM for years, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the Chatswood store is the store manager, Lily. Her service and recommendations are truly exceptional — she always understands my style and preferences perfectly, and helps me find the right pieces every single time! Lily deserves a pay rise!
I visited this store last Friday to buy a bracelet, and the staff member who helped me was absolutely lovely. She was very professional, friendly, polite, and patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated her help — it was such a pleasant shopping experience. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that.
