I had a showing Friday evening. The home was smaller than needed and did not have any parking space so Angela asked what my price range was and asked if I was available to see another home that she thought I would like. The day comes and I call to confirm the showing 45 min before . Angela says it was never scheduled. Never put on the calendar. Property at 913 Middleton is very well maintained. Rachel and the folks at APM are very professional and really put forth the extra effort to serve all needs in a timely manner. Overall great experience for the past 2 years. Thanks for all your support.
They manage property down the street from me and have for many years. They never check on the property and the tenants that have lived there every time have torn the house up and have let the yards be trashed. This home is at the entrance to our subdivision and the condition of this home due to this property management team doing nothing to manage it has greatly reduced the property values of others in this neighborhood who work hard to keep their home and yard in good shape.
