I have had a great experience working with Haven at APM!
Would not recommend renting from APM. When we received the keys, the house was in poor condition. During our initial viewing, the home was still dirty, but we were assured it would be cleaned, the screen door replaced, a fresh coat of paint applied before move-in. Unfortunately, APM did not follow through on any of those promises.
Cannot figure out how these people are still in business. Save you time, energy, money, and mental health and find someone else to rent through.
