Highly recommend A+ Pools for anyone in the area. Vinnie is highly knowledgeable across pool types, very engaged throughout and genuinely cares about his clients when fixing issues with their pools.
Unbelievable service. They treat your pool like it is their own. Extremely responsive at all times. Professional, courteous and wonderful people. Like many homeowners, I have had different experiences with other companies for various services. Vinny and Tracy are easily the best people to work with for any service I have used, not just pools.
I would like to recommend A+ Lawns and Pools to anyone in their service area, based on my 3 years of experience with them. I met owner Vinnie and lead service technician Ivan while trying to correct a problem another company refused to deal with while installing a new liner and replacing the surrounding concrete deck. I called the owner Vinny, in February 2023 to secure my services for my rental home at 1500.00 for the summer season of 2023. Now , that its May to confirm dates, to open ,he became hard to reach, with limited responses, that made clarity for me on opening date and confirm the 1500.00 fee. He then tells me on May 16th, he cant do it for 1500.00 or even service me at all , even if i paid more money when this a difficult period of time to tell me, ( 2 weeks from opening)he cant take me on , and to now find some other vendor... read more
Vinny and his team are the best! They have been servicing our families pool for over 10 years.....it is crystal clear every week. He also put in a new liner + cover for us that looks amazing! A+ is the best...highly endorse.
