The owner was more than just unprofessional or rude. She was downright mean. She made multiple negative comments about us while we were in the store. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Always professional and helpful!!! I needed help with a wig and was able to get pricing over the phone as well as making a payment over the phone before the desired wig went out of stock. This isn’t my first time shopping with her but every time I always have a pleasant experience from the staff and always satisfied with the quality!!
I called to ask about prices & was told they don’t quote prices over the phone. How lazy 😒
