The manager/owner was extremely rude, and the lady at the front desk with the dreads was also very rude and unprofessional. As a business, you should treat **every customer with the same level of respect**, regardless of what they’re wearing, what kind of purse they carry, or how they look. The owner was more than just unprofessional or rude. She was downright mean. She made multiple negative comments about us while we were in the store. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Always professional and helpful!!! I needed help with a wig and was able to get pricing over the phone as well as making a payment over the phone before the desired wig went out of stock. This isn’t my first time shopping with her but every time I always have a pleasant experience from the staff and always satisfied with the quality!!
