Our experience with Glenvill Aplace was first class. From start to completion we had open communication, and the majority of the works were completed as expected. Any alterations were quickly addressed and delivered promptly. Hopefully we’re in a position to be able to use Glenvill again. Thanks to all the team involved.
They make poor quality of houses. The bricks was in poor quality, The garage door stop working after 1 year occupied. They have not really fix the damages that had been reported and many more problems. Not impressed!
Glennvill homes were extremely responsive to all my enquiries and were very open to any alterations I wished for such as raised ceilings, ducted air-conditioning, etc. Base inclusions are fantastic and everything was done in a timely manner.
