I love APICHA! The customer service is outstanding, the facilities are clean and welcoming and the medical staff is friendly, thorough and professional.
I have been a patient of Apicha for over 3 years and since the beginning i have always recieved the very best of courtesy and professionalism. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Mind you sometimes as with any clinic or hospital there are setbacks and delays in being called at time of appointment exactly. Furthermore the patient portal is very useful for those times where you need to access records. From check-in to check-out, the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful.
Going to center since I was a kid. Sent all my friends to get AIDS screening..way back in the day..when you had to wait weeks..for results. And now, with the 20mins results consultation. I give APICHA card in wedding shower gift card. It could be hard to have these types if conversations but you make it easy. Thank you for decades of support!
