Why are you all IGNORING ME !!!! I need the pre authorization for my hiv meds !!! This is not cool !!!! You ALL ARE GOING TO GET ME SICK
Haven’t received a call to schedule another appointment w my doctor in over 6 months. Did a google search and found out she no longer works there. I’ve heard many, many trans people have also had this happen to them. Considering that folks on HRT need to have regular and consistent bloodwork done, as well as a doctor who, you know, still works at Apicha, this clinic is extremely irresponsible and quite frankly not where you should go for proper HRT and transition related health care. Recommendedbeen with my Nurse practitioner for over 25 years I followed her Apicha is a great place for clean private on point ❤ care Susan Rendiero and. Apicha are a good fit some times .it may take a few minutes to get through because they are busy but they do get to you with care.
Unfortunately, the practitioner I saw - initials KD, left me more than a little unsatisfied.
Get better staff. Figure out how to communicate between departments. Actually do what you say you’re going to when you promise a patient assistance.

Apicha is an organization, that helps people that need assistance. Randy Malcolm, The Case Supervisor, is outstanding, just a marvelous person. Apicha has an outstanding staff that cares for people that need help.
