I don't have much experience working with property management companies but I cannot imagine it gets much worse than this trying to get them to do their job is a humiliation ritual where they treat you like you're genuinely ruining their day for initiating any communication at all In 5 years of living under their management I've never needed anything from them other than attempting to give them money to pay monthly dues, and even this they fail in ways I did not even understand were possible.
I’m surprised that Google doesn’t have a 0-star option. This company has truly made me too frustrated with their working attitude and interactions with residents in the HOA, as well as their lack of cooperation with related parties. Please stay away or reconsider if you plan to work with this company
This is a night mare for our community in the past 17 years. Since they took over our community of 80 units in the south side of the city of San Bernardino. Like Cancer we can’t live with them but we could not get red of them. They destroyed our community, corrupted HOA Board, while ripped off almost every one.

Please stay away or reconsider if you plan to work with this company, especially Mell Livingston.
