I’m surprised that Google doesn’t have a 0-star option. This company has truly made me too frustrated with their working attitude and interactions with residents in the HOA, as well as their lack of cooperation with related parties. Please stay away or reconsider if you plan to work with this company
This is a night mare for our community in the past 17 years. Since they took over our community of 80 units in the south side of the city of San Bernardino. Like Cancer we can’t live with them but we could not get red of them. They destroyed our community, corrupted HOA Board, while ripped off almost every one.
I’m surprised that Google doesn’t have a 0-star option. This company has truly made me too frustrated with their working attitude and interactions with residents in the HOA, as well as their lack of cooperation with related parties. Please stay away or reconsider if you plan to work with this company, especially Mell Livingston.
