Impossible to get a showing actually booked and they make you provide a credit card before scheduling a showing all just to send you a cancellation. Bogus company.
I’ve had some issues here but APG has handles all of them very professionally and always keeps in contact with me.
FRAUD ALERT!!!! they ask you credit card information and Drivers License to just to show the property.. And then spam you with thousands of calls and texts from outside the country, BEWARE
I did lots of research (e.g., price, services, etc.) before I decided to go with APG for managing our rental property. It has been over 10 years, and we have been very satisfied with their service. They consistently demonstrate professionalism and maintain timely communication with both tenants and property owners. APG also keeps us informed with updated state policies and they offer helpful advice.
