I recently had Joel and his team @ Apex work on installing new wood floors and refinishing my current Oak wood floors that are over 60 years old. Joel came in and provided an estimate and took moisture readings and was able to help us determine it was time to change a part of our floor that had succumb to water damage and severe wear and tear.
