Billy and his team at Epix we're amazing! Billy was easy to talk to, got the work does quickly and efficiently, and gave the most reasonable estimate for the work we needed done. He was the only one out of 3 companies that identified where the rodents we're getting into the house. No one else was able to point to a specific place where there was evidence of animals. He even went above and beyond by recommending someone for another home repair that I need. I would definitely recommend Epix to anyone!
Billy and the crew members of Epix Wildlife Removal were prompt, polite, and professional - a pleasure to work with. After a detailed inspection of our crawl space, Billy and the team removed all animals, completely cleaned and sterilized the space, replaced the insulation and moisture barrier, and sealed and secured all openings to prevent any future animals from moving in. Discovered Billy from neighbors who were also highly satisfied with their attention to detail, quality of work, and top-notch service.
All I can say is absolutely outstanding and top notch service. Billy and his team provided me with an honest quote and was very professional onsite. He did not try to sell me a contract like most of his competitors. As a military member, I would definitely recommend his company to all my military friends and family. Billy was great to work with. I made my first call (for nesting birds in my roofline) and Billy was out within the day, even calling to give an updated estimate time of arrival. Upon home inspection, we had an issue with rats in the crawlspace. We contracted with Epix for be service of removal, sanitation, and replacement of moisture barrier and damaged insulation.
