My car was hit while parked in the garage almost a month ago. Despite the numerous cameras and attempts to get more information, no progress has been made. One strong gust of wind and the entire building is without power or wifi. They only allow Xfinity (poorest service). The staff are cool people though.
A good and relaxing place to stay
I had an incredible tour experience at Apex at West Midtown! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Jered and Tony at the front desk. Jered was highly professional and knowledgeable, and Tony — though in training — was already doing a great job helping and answering my questions. Jered is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I literally teared up just talking to him. He went above and BEYOND!!!!!!!! As a mother that’s so important and crucial. Thank you to the angel Jered , The beautiful property manager, and APEX West Midtown for being the greatest staff and community I ever experienced.
