Actual long time tenant review. This place is very dirty and loud. I’ve witnessed two shootings, someone screwing in the elevator, parked cars being hit in the garage in the designated tenant area and I’m pretty sure there’s some activity goin in the basement. The breeze way cement is cracking and looks like it’s gonna give at any moment. The elevator always smells like behind (see sentence 2).
