I enjoy supporting APEX a small family company in CALIFORNIA making high quality water filtration products in AMERICA. It's best to call their phone number to get a hold of them directly. If you search on Amazon it brings up this competitor apec that's actually owned by Culligan which isn't bad at all...but research shows apec does a lot of their manufacturing in China whereas APEX does not. Apex company stole my money and never send me what items I had purshased from them.They no longer answer the phone or my emails. If anybody knows how to reach this company let me now please.
Huge waste of time. Was charged double for the replacement cartridge I ordered, then after that was corrected, my order was never shipped. No communication from them. Had to get refund through my CC company. Guess I'll toss this thing out and look for another filter setup.
Enjoyed doing business with them up until they just vanished without a word ... Have a lot of equipment I bought from this company that I need parts for and can't get now ...
Bad tasting water, gave me stomach upset for months. Finally changed water filter and taste is much improved as is my chronic stomach upset. The water was the issue!
