We started repairing electronics for the people of York. As time passed, we acquired manufacturer contracts and expanded into other electronics in order to keep up with the market. Above and beyond service repair and customer service. Dave was the tech, and he was a pleasure to have in my home and make the repairs. Professional, knowledgeable and a credit to APEX.
Finding a local business to service a Samsung stove/oven was challenging. The whole experience left me skeptical, however when Tyler arrived, he was personable and courteous. More importantly, it was clear immediately Tyler was an expert in his field. He immediately diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repair. We will definitely use Apex again!
The owners of this company are very dishonest the customer service is very rude and ghetto. The technician damaged property in my home and despite the owners, Alex and Dave Nahum's assurance that they would rectify the situation; they continue to evade any requests for a status or update of this situation. I am currently seeking legal advice.

I am very pleased with my technician Brandon. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. He quickly figured out the issue with my washing machine and had it fixed and running in under 30 minutes. It is still working perfectly. I highly recommend.
Dylan was on time, polite and experienced. He knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator and came prepared with the parts to fix it on the spot. Dylan explained what was wrong, why and how he fixed it. From my first call to Apex just talking to the intake person I knew this was a professional outfit.
They have terrible customer service. We are in the process of waiting 4 weeks to get our fridge repaired. They ordered the parts and said they called my husband last week to schedule a time to schedule a repair. They called the wrong phone number. My husband called them today (Monday) for the second time and they said the parts are in but they don't have time to do it until next Monday!!! 5 weeks without our 2 yr old fridge. I will never use them again.
NOT A GOOD OUTFIT!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM... THEY HAD TOLD ME THE PART ALONE WOULD COST ME $776.00 AND THAT WAS WITHOUT LABOR TO REPAIR MY TV. SO I PICK UP TV TO TAKE ELSE WHERE, AND THE TOTAL TO REPAIR MY TV WAS $80.00 PLUS I WOULD BE VERY LEERY OF USEING THEM FOR OTHER REASONS I CANNOT MENTION HERE...
First and foremost, they actually have humans answering the phone. I left messages all day long with everyone in the book. They booked me for the same afternoon (thank GOD-it was HOT and I was irritable) The guy showed up and fixed my air conditioner and it was reasonable (another co. said I needed a whole new unit). So far, the house is cool. Would use in the future.
