All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I just had a very time-sensitive need to get 4 studded winter tires before a snowstorm in a few days and they completely exceeded all my expectations. Great prices as well with no hidden fees and they give you the total price all in.
We were looking for new winter tires & rims for our SUV. I reached out to APEX via e-mail and they responded back, quickly and very thoroughly to me with suggestions and prices. Me not being very knowledgeable about tires, they answered my questions thoroughly & without judgement. Very good person, superb customer service
I had an emergency and couldn’t get my car in anywhere in the city and Apex told me to immediately bring my car in. They fixed my tires within 12 hours and I was able to pick it up the next day. So grateful that they also gave me the cheapest rate. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg - thanks so much guys!
