I wasn’t even there when my car was dropped off, it was towed to the store, and even though I was late to pick it up, (I got there after closing) they still let me get my car. They reopened the store, got their system back on and running, they went above and beyond for me to get my car back. I have never been to a repair shop that would do something like this. If I lived in St. Augustine, this would definitely be my go to place if there was ever anything wrong with my car.
Apex was recommended to me by a friend and I am so pleased how well I was treated. The service, efficiency and quality of the work done on my car was excellent. Their honesty is what impressed me the most. They never tried to sell me “other” services and they even brought the part out to the waiting room to show me what was wrong. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for such wonderful honest service
I'm very happy with this tire and repair shop. Staff is friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what I need done. Another positive, is that every time I was there, I would question the other people in the waiting area about their experience. I noted that people came from great distances because of the honest advice and work from this shop. That spoke volumes to me and further solidified my faith in Apex. I'm glad I discovered this place.
