Provide the surveillance they tell you they have. We put our items in brand new units. They said the doors would have a code on them soon. 6 months later still no locking doors and our units were broken into. No one looks at the surveillance tapes so no on knows when the break ins occur. The police can't or won't help.

Do NOT rent from this place. The manager, whom left a review below of his own storage facility to boost the rating, is negligent, unorganized, and indifferent when it comes to the security of your belongings. Not only was my unit broken into but due to an error of my payments being misapplied to SOMEONE ELSE'S UNIT, my unit was sold illegally.
