Rude from both office admin and tech on site. Hot water has been out for a week and they still can't give an answer to when it will be fixed. First it was waiting on a part from Calgary. Then it was waiting on a part from Toronto. Then it's back to Calgary. It almost gets humorous but when my wife went and asked nicely if the hot water will be fixed today she got a degrading answer of 'can't can't shower at the gym?' Of course a chauvanist man wouldn't know anything about a woman wanting to shower in her own home. So I calle... read more
Patrick from Apex was great to work with on an impossible job. Was very Knowledgeable never gave up when tough situations came up. We worked on fixing a 2'' watermain with no shutoffs to a 166 unit complex. He nailed his assessment of the project and together we completed the job.
