I had a session with Janis last week and I was truly impressed by her expertise in sports injury and therapeutic massage. I went in with tingling down my arm, neck tension, and rhomboid pain, and she knew exactly how to treat each issue in a way that brought real relief. After a knee injury, I wanted to find a sports massage therapist that will help me alleviate some of my pain and body discomfort. I had a great experience. Janis is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. I felt comfortable and she constantly checked the pressure strength she was using to massage me. I will be coming back soon.

I’ve known of Janis for quite some time & finally got to get worked on by her. Not only is she extremely passionate about her work, she’s extremely knowledgeable too. She taught me some things about my own body. I’d rather see her than my chiropractor! Health is wealth & Apex is the place to be if you want help on that path.
