I attempted to schedule an appointment using my insurance, which is in-network with this office. However, I was told they would not schedule me unless my attorney signed a lien. I am unable to proceed with a lien and cannot afford to pay out-of-pocket. It is extremely frustrating to be denied care despite having valid in-network insurance. It feels like the decision is being based on payment preference rather than patient care. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
Dr. Sahota and his team did a great job repairing my neck. I would recommend APEX Spine Institute to anyone with neck and back pain.
Apex Spine use to be a 4 or 5 star review for my wife and I, However, two or three years later and wow has it changed. We feel that NP Caleb Ledford at Apex Spine, has changed the atmosphere and care there for me. This practitioner has a real arrogant attitude. He's a liar, forward, rude, pushy, and unprofessional.
