I was happy with the services provided. Questions were answered & a plan was put in place. Caleb listened to my concerns and reviewed my images in terms I could understand.
Absolutely ridiculous front desk employees who are about as helpful as arguing with a toddler. Train your employees how to answer basic questions. No idea if physicians are good but getting through the front desk is a gauntlet in itself. Still unsure why I had to call angrily to get an answer that could have been answered 2 weeks prior during the first phone call.
Dr. Caleb is wonderful. I'm glad that I found Apex. He's committed to getting answers about my back pain and not just herding me through the system. My experience thus far has been impressive. There is a reason this clinic gets such good ratings!
When I first went there I just thought them to be a little cold, uncaring. But this tops it all. I was on my way this month to a follow up appointment and was in a car accident I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I had my daughter send them a message and I call them the next day and told them. All they could ask was if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Absolutley disgusting how this office works. Multiple times they have not started the process or approvals for surgery after meeting with the surgeon. Adding an extra 10-12 weeks while I am already gone from work. The entire office is mismanaged from scheduling to billing, without much care for the patient. Cannot wait for them to finally send my chart notes and imaging to a different surgeon.
