Caleb Ledford blew off my first appointment cancelling an hour beforehand even though i was in tremendous pain. I was expected to wait just as long for the second appointment as i did for the first. Six weeks in all. After weeks excruciating pain, I showed up for the appointment at the time they set and though i can't proove anything I suspect Mr. Sleepyheadferd leaned on the snooze a few too many times again today too and forgot to call in, because he cancelled my second appointment while i was in the waiting room. They don't take Hmo's. They only full insurance without the Medicare.
Honest, got me walking again. Great Medical staff.
I attempted to schedule an appointment using my insurance, which is in-network with this office. However, I was told they would not schedule me unless my attorney signed a lien. I am unable to proceed with a lien and cannot afford to pay out-of-pocket. It is extremely frustrating to be denied care despite having valid in-network insurance. It feels like the decision is being based on payment preference rather than patient care. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
