The young lady that answered my call today at the Omaha office was very pleasant on the phone. She indicated that she would try to have someone come to the church today or no later than tomorrow. She received an A+ from me. Duane M. was very professional and helpful. He explained what he was going to do. When Duane was through with the hoses to the air conditioner, water was flowing.
